Product Returns
Return policy on a case-by-case basis:
Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
The customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e., to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to BeautyAZ at the email address help @ beautyaz.gr. BeautyAZ will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the customer (in case of paid order) by credit of his credit card, only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to Customer. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.
Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)
The customer has the right to return the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by completing the following return form.
In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne. Returns are only accepted if the products he wishes to return are in the same condition in which he received them, in their original packaging and in excellent condition, together with the documents, the retail receipt / invoice and the packaging that accompanied the product.

Once the quality control has been performed, the procedures for issuing the credit coupon for the next purchase or refund after consultation will proceed. Refunds are made within three working days of receiving the products.
Return of defective / erroneous product
All our products are thoroughly inspected by our staff before shipment. However, in case you receive a product defective or different from the one you bought please fill in the following return form within 2 days of receipt or call us at 210 3240 555 (Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00), describing us exactly the problem you identified.
In case the product is defective through our fault, we will send you a courier to receive the product. Then the product will be replaced and sent to you again at all costs of our company. In case the product is inspected, and the defect is caused by misuse of the buyer, you will be refunded with your own shipping costs.
